Product Specification

Carcass Construction – the product consists of the carcass fabricated from 18mm furniture grade melamine faced chipboard with 2mm ABS edge.  Carcass panels are held together with proprietary cam and dowel fixings. 

The carcass is height adjustable on 4 x levelling feet and these are accessed for adjustment from the underside the unit. 

Door Construction – Doors are 18mm furniture grade melamine faced chipboard, with 2mm ABS edge detail.  The rear of the door is machined to accept hinges, hinges have soft close mechanism.

There is also an option for 5mm acrylic doors with glass door hinges.  All doors can be machined with post slot, name window or locker number.

Locks Options – keyed lock, mechanical combination lock, electronic combination push button lock, RFID lock (card activated access).
